Assembly Instructions for Supreme Portable Pole

­Portable Pole Assembly Instruction

 

  1. Hammer Warratah into ground at least 500mm deep. Ensure you use a block of wood placed over the top of the Warratah to avoid splaying of the end.

  2. Make sure the Warratah is exactly vertical other wise the pole will have a lean.

Assemble top arm.    

 

  1. Feed the stainless steel top arm  through the 32mm holes at the top of the pole. Make sure the top arm is facing the same side as the cleat so that the webbing on the flag attaches to the cleat side of the pole.

  2. Thread bolt through the hole in the top arm and screw on the Nylock nut

Attach and tighten Flag

  1. Align the holes in the flag header to the holes in the top arm.  Place the two plastic  fixings through the header of the flag to attach the flag to the top arm.

  2. Place loop at the bottom of the flag to the cleat and ensure the flag is held securely.  The cleat can be adjusted downwards using a screwdriver to pull the flag tight.

  3. Insert the bottom section of the pole into the top section.

  4. Place over Warratah.

Guide Ropes

  1. Attach the plastic clip on the end of the guide rope to the saddle strap on the pole and run the rope to the ground and attach securely to a peg in the ground.
